2. Full body is preferred - make sure that you get the full body in the photo, including both ears and tail. If only half of your pet's face is showing, only half of its face will be on your product!

3. Avoid blurry photos - the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

Absolutely! We like to encourage our customers to upload any animal pictures of dogs, cats, reptiles, horses, etc. We will change the "DOG/ CAT" phrases to suit your animal type. We can also customize the phrases on the floor mat! If you have any specific notes, please leave them in the note box for our designers!

Once produced, we ship our orders through USPS or UPS within the continental US. Shipping times can vary between 5 - 10 business days and international shipping times vary between 6 - 18 business days ( It may take up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on the destination).

Machine wash them separately with cold water. Air dry and do not bleach the mat. Using a mild detergent and avoiding the use of fabric softener will allow for long-lasting results. These instructions are for the best result possible.
