A: Each button is powered by three AG13 batteries. You can easily order a pack of 10-20 AG13 batteries for a meow-nificent price of just $3 - $5. Super affordable and easy! :)
Q: Are these buttons pre-recorded or are they custom recording?
A: Our buttons are custom recording! This way you can customize any words or phrases for your pets to make the experience even more personal and fun!
Q: How many seconds can I record with the buttons?
A: Our buttons allow for recordings up to 30 seconds long.
Q: Can my cat learn to use these buttons?
A: Yes! While it may take more time and attention to train a cat as compared to a dog, it is absolutely 'paw'sible! We'd love to see even more animals learn to use our buttons to communicate!

Q: How many buttons should I start with? What words should I choose?
A: We recommend starting with two buttons to teach differentiation, but some pets may need time to learn to push the buttons. Some common first words include: 'walk,' 'play,' 'outside,' 'food/treat.'
Q: How will my pet remember what each button says?
A: Just like we develop muscle memory when we use our phones and type on keyboards, so do pets. Given time and practice, pets can memorize the locations and meaning of words.
Q: I think one of my buttons is broken/defective. What can I do?
A: We 100% stand behind our products. We will replace any broken or defective parts of your PawkieTalkie set within one year of purchase.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Within the United States, we offer free shipping for orders greater than $89.00. For orders under $89, shipping will be calculated based on your zip code.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we primarily ship in the US, but can ship internationally. Please contact us with your order and country and we can provide specific details about shipping charges. We'll do our best to help bring PawkieTalkie to you and your pet! Please note that additional import and duties fees may apply in your country.

A: All domestic (US) orders will ship and be delivered to you within 3 - 9 business days. Often, your order arrives sooner 😉
