Due to military handling time, APO, FPO and DPO deliveries to some destinations could take up to 60 days or more. PO box deliveries can take up to 7- 10 working days.
Please note that, as they are sent via email, gift cards do not count towards the free shipping threshold.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery time frame, or your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery stated on your tracking code.
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact us at info@pawkietalkie.com and include your order number, name and/or e-mail address used to place the order, or the shipping address. For security and accuracy we need two points of reference to confirm an order.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We look forward to helping and will reply to every e-mail and will get back to you as soon as possible. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see a response from us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
For shipments to countries with import taxes and duties, these fees must be paid by customers, or refunds can’t be issued.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
POP-UP STORES RETURNS POLICY
Products purchased from a PawkieTalkie event will be refunded with store credit in the full amount. We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store please contact Customer Support.
