During our pet sitting journey, my partner Foon and I fell head over heels for sweet, fragile senior pups who just needed a little extra tenderness.
The moment that totally cracked my heart wide open was with Suki, a nearly blind 20-year-old dog. We tried to give her the gentlest bath imaginable in just a single inch of water, but she was so disoriented and terrified by the splashing that she panicked, slipping and bumping her little head. We pulled her out and swore right then and there: never again.
But the alternatives were terrible! Regular pet wipes were so flimsy they’d rip right in my hands, leaving me covered in dirt.
And when people casually told me, "Oh, just use baby wipes!" my heart would sink. Here is a wild little secret: dogs and cats have a totally different skin pH than we do, so baby wipes actually strip away their natural oils and leave them miserably itchy.
Even worse, the pet wipes on the store shelves were secretly packed with harsh, heavy-duty chemicals made for scrubbing hospital floors.
This was when I knew I NEED to find something that felt safe & calming for the fur babies.

Bringing it to life was a wild ride, mostly because I became a fiercely stubborn thorn in the side of our manufacturing labs! We battled back and forth for months, tossing out all those harsh, scary chemicals until we had a beautifully clean formula made entirely of gentle, food-grade ingredients. I was so passionately protective of this standard that when the final samples arrived, I actually tested our finger wipes on my own teeth to prove they were safe!
