  • Conduct product/market research to support decision-making processes.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Create and organize playbooks for various business processes.
  • Manage and organize files to ensure seamless access to information.
  • Set up and maintain schedules and calendars for the Founder.
  • Efficiently handle email organization and responses.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Founder.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and create short video reels for engaging content.
  • Conduct prospecting and qualifying tasks to support business development efforts.
  • Research and recommend software tools that enhance productivity.
  • Assist in customer support tasks, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and assist in maintaining budgets.
  • Support bookkeeping and financial tasks.
  • Assist in travel planning and related arrangements.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Quality work-ethic.
  • Proven working experience as a administrative assistant or in an equivalent role.
  • Knowledgeable about email management, social media, basic web tools, task management, and AI tools (a plus).
  • Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Honest, trustworthy, detail-oriented, a team player, but able to think independently.
  • Capable of making decisions independently and taking ownership.
  • Positive energy and a good sense of humor.
